1. Input the plate length through the user interface to enable adjustable stroke settings, ensuring precise positioning in the mold alignment groove for easy mold changes, accurate photoelectric plate matching, and encoder-driven positive pressure foam formation.
2. The system features a user-friendly interface, PLC programmable control, and variable frequency for seamless speed adjustment.
3. The automatic blanking function allows for the design of various molds and blanking mechanisms tailored to user specifications.
4. Options include tangent indentation, batch number printing, and a waste recycling system.
5. The machine utilizes servo motor drive for enhanced stability.
6. When the cylinder heat sealing process is halted, the heat sealing mold will automatically disengage, preventing package damage and extending the machine's lifespan.
